Trayce Jackson-Davis finished with 22 rebounds and 15 rebounds, lifting Indiana to a 63-55 win over Maryland on Monday night in Bloomington, Ind.

Jackson-Davis posted his third double-double of the season and first since Dec. 9. He scored 12 straight points during a late 12-4 Indiana run in the second half, helping the Hoosiers extend their lead to 57-47 with 1:53 remaining.

Indiana's Jerome Hunter then finished Maryland off with a 3-pointer, which put the Hoosiers up 60-48 with 1:19 left.

Race Thompson and Al Durham each added 13 points for the Hoosiers (7-4, 2-2 Big Ten), who rallied from down 10 points in the second half to cap a two-game homestand with two straight wins.

Aaron Wiggins led Maryland (6-5, 1-3) with 22 points with Hakim Hart adding 10 points. Neither team could get on track from the perimeter in a defensive struggle, as Maryland shot just 38.5 percent from the field, while the Hoosiers shot just 37.3 percent.

Maryland limited Indiana to just 30 percent shooting from the field in the first half to build a 27-21 halftime lead. The Terrapins went on an early 7-0 run, jumping ahead 16-6 on a three-point play by Jairus Hamilton.

Indiana answered with a 12-2 run, tying the score at 18 on an inside basket from Thompson. But Hart and Wiggins made 3-pointers late in the first half, with a Wiggins trey with 1:03 left in the half putting Maryland up 27-21 at halftime.

The Hoosiers went 0 of 9 from 3-point range in the first half and wound up missing their first 12 3-point attempts.

Maryland played without Darryl Morsell, who underwent surgery for a facial fracture suffered when he took an elbow to the face in a game on New Year's Eve against Michigan. Morsell could miss at least one more game before his return.

Indiana, meanwhile, played most of the game without second-leading scorer Armaan Franklin, who suffered an ankle injury in the first half and did not return.
