Lukas Kisunas recorded a career-high 12 points in support of high-scoring teammate Oscar da Silva on Sunday night as host Stanford completed a two-game sweep of rival California with a 76-70 Pac-12 Conference victory.
Da Silva went for a game-high 23 points in the win, which came three days after the Cardinal (12-7, 8-5) logged a 70-55 victory at Cal.
Matt Bradley had a team-high 15 points for the Golden Bears (7-14, 2-12), who lost their sixth straight.
Cal held the lead briefly on three occasions in the first half and gained a 22-all tie on a Joel Brown layup with 4:24 remaining until halftime before Stanford seized control.
Michael O'Connell's jumper gave Stanford the lead for good at the 4:06 mark, after which Kisunas and Noah Taitz had two hoops apiece to complete a 13-2 flurry before the break that gave Stanford a 35-24 advantage.
When da Silva opened the second half with a 3-pointer, the Cardinal had a 14-point lead and never looked back.
Cal was not close until until inching within five in the final seconds in a comeback attempt that came far too late.
Da Silva was 9-of-15 shooting with six rebounds, three fewer than O'Connell, who had a game-high-tying nine. Stanford's Spencer Jones had seven rebounds.
Kisunas' point total surpassed his previous career-best of nine set Jan. 23 against UCLA. He added six rebounds.
O'Connell finished with 11 points and Jaiden Delaire added 10 for Stanford, which was opening a three-game homestand that continues Thursday against Colorado and Saturday against Utah.
Stanford won despite making just two 3-pointers in nine attempts. Cal went 8 of 24 from distance.
Bradley made just five of his 13 shots for Cal, which was outshot 58.3 percent to 37.7 percent.
Jarred Hyder chipped in with 13 points for the Golden Bears, while Joel Brown and Ryan Betley had 12 points apiece. Andre Kelly had nine rebounds for Cal to go with eight points.
