Darron Thomas threw three touchdown passes and rushed for another score to lead No. 4 Oregon to a 52-31 come-from-behind win over No. 13 Stanford in a battle of Pac-10 unbeatens on Saturday night.

LaMichael James’ second of three touchdowns on the night put Oregon ahead for good at 38-31 with 5:34 left in the third quarter. James rushed 31 times for 257 yards as Oregon (5-0, 2-0 Pac-10) outscored the Cardinal 28-0 in the second half.

Stanford (4-1, 1-1 Pac-10) led 21-3 after the first quarter, but the Ducks dominated thereafter.

Thomas ran 15 times for 117 yards and was 20-of-29 passing for 238 yards.

Andrew Luck threw two touchdown passes and rushed for another score. The sophomore finished 29 of 46 for 341 yards, but threw a pair of interceptions, including one in the end zone with just over two minutes left in the game.

Stephan Taylor had a 44-yard touchdown run for Stanford and finished with 113 yards rushing on 17 carries.
